LEO offers delivery within Ho Chi Minh City urban districts.
2. Free Delivery Policy
Free delivery for orders over 300,000 VND within Districts 1, 3, and 4. Free delivery for orders over 1,000,000 VND across HCMC urban areas.
3. Delivery Fee Policy
For hotline orders, delivery fees are based on real-time rates from third-party delivery services.
4. Minimum Order Value
LEO accepts delivery orders of any value. No minimum required.
5. Who Pays the Shipping Fee?
For free delivery orders, LEO pays the delivery fee directly to the shipper.
For customer-paid delivery, the fee is paid by the customer upon receiving the order.
6. How Long Does It Take to Confirm My Order?
Order confirmation usually takes 5–10 minutes, depending on how busy the restaurant is.
7. How Long Does Delivery Take?
It takes about 12 minutes to prepare a pizza. Including packing and delivery time, the average delivery takes around 30 minutes.
